Finnish Shooting Sport Federation is searching for coaches

Finnish Shooting Sport Federation (FSSF), founded in 1919, is one of the oldest sports federations in Finland. We have around 300 member clubs with 30 000 shooters in 8 different disciplines.

We are now searching for head coaches in trap, skeet, rifle and pistol for the period of 2+2 years starting on 1.1.2021.

Head coaches are responsible for national teams’ coaching, organizing, planning and monitoring. They play also an important role in FSSF’s coaches training programme.

In trap, skeet and rifle there will be also another coach for junior (and para) teams. Pistol head coach will be responsible for both adults and juniors.

We expect you to have excellent knowledge and coaching skills, suitable degree/education for the tasks and experience and proofs in successful coaching. You need also excellent interaction and communication skills, ability to cooperate and work under pressure and motivation to develop yourself and become even a better coach.

You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, also in writing, and utilize technology in adequate extent.
