The 2024 European Championships 10m has been officially opened
The Opening Ceremony of the European Championships took place today in Győr, Hungary.
Among officials taking part in the Ceremony were Mr. György Nagy, President of the Hungarian Shooting Federation, Mr. Dézsi Csaba András, Mayor of the city of Győr, Mr. Zsolt Gyulai, President of the Hungarian Olympic Committee, and Mr. Gábor Schmidt, Deputy State Secretary for Sports Administration and Development Affairs.
Balázs Nagy started the cultural program by performing two wonderful songs, and the audience replied him as well!
But the real show began when four guys from the group Fricska began their performance. It was truly amazing! The entire audience took part in their dance, clapping hands and hitting the floor with feet! Very impressive interactive! It’s impossible to describe in words - you had to be there and feel this drive and energy!
Mr. Alexander Ratner, President of the European Shooting Confederation, concluded the Ceremony and declared the Championships open.
