Good coaching is a way to success!

By the proposal of the Estonian Shooting Sport Federation, the ESC Presidium has decided to organize in Tallinn a course for coaches with basic experience of practice on the national level, seeking to expand their knowledge and coaching perspectives.

Theoretical and practical sessions will be held over three days: November 15 to 17, 2024.

The appointed Tutors are Anne Grethe Jeppesen (ISSF Coach PRO) from Norway for the Rifle part and Jelena Arunović (ISSF Coach PRO) from Serbia for the Pistol part. 

The Member Federations are invited to nominate their candidates for participation by using the Registration Form. The deadline for nominations is June 14, 2024. 

A maximum of 20 participants per discipline will be accepted, with a limit of 4 participants (2 Rifle and 2 Pistol) per Member Federation initially. Subsequently, a waiting list will be established. 

Selection will be done by the Tutors based on CV evaluation and answers to the Questionnaire.

Following the final approval of the participants’ lists, a letter of acceptance along with details regarding homework assignments and educational materials will be sent to the Member Federations.
